Wingnut Utilities Ltd are continuing to expand our experience and expertise with ducting excavation and installation projects by the day. Since our inception in 1997, we have worked on a variety of critical infrastructure, telecommunications and utilities developments with some of the leading names in the industry, affording us unique opportunities to sharpen our knowledge and hone our skills.
Over two decades of experience in duct installation
For example, we have connected approximately 90,000 properties across various areas of the North West of England to high-speed internet provided by Virgin Media. This is comprised of a mixture of both fibre to the premises (FTTP) and physical infrastructure access (PIA) solutions, including both underground and overhead projects. We have served communities in Moston, Netherley, Rockferry and Stalybridge (among others) and we are now proud to offer the same quality of service and impeccable customer care to clientele all across the UK.
Nationwide Capability Driven by Expertise and Safety
From our base in Lancashire, we can reach any location in the country via our proprietary fleet of transportation and plant vehicles. All of the machinery and equipment under our care is at the cutting edge of the industry and is maintained in excellent condition to meet the requirements of any task we take on. Meanwhile, our workforce of more than 100 engineers (including subcontractors) is fully trained and qualified to carry out any duct excavation and installation project demanded of them.
All new staff members must undergo a rigorous onboarding process in which our commitment to safety and professionalism are reinforced, while we insist that all health and safety protocols are observed at all times, whether that be in our offices, at our yards or in the field. The safety of our staff, our clients and the general public is always our number one concern.
